Ade runs regular workshops on acting for television with Surviving Actors and Pure Passion Academy in Manchester, and Act Up North in Liverpool. He has taught regularly for a number of educational institutions including:

BBC WALES DRAMA WORKSHOPS
A series of workshops for Welsh actors in association with Theatr Clwyd, involving an introduction to television acting skills from audition, preparation, rehearsal, character development, to single camera and multi-camera techniques.
BBC MARSHALL PLAN OF THE MIND
Ade has worked extensively with the BBC MPM office in London to help set up and mentor new and existing radio and television soap projects in Russia and Romania.
In Russia this involved working closely with Russian producers, directors, writers and actors to improve the existing radio soap Dom Siem, before developing and translating their skills to help set up a new television soap.
Similarly, in Romania the work also involved mentoring, testing and inspiring a newly-established radio soap team, helping them to achieve their goals.
SCHOOL AND COLLEGES
Over many years Ade has presented numerous workshops covering acting, direction, writing for theatre, television and radio.
Ade ran the PHOENIX ARTS COMMUNITY THEATRE in Leicester, and worked as YOUTH THEATRE DIRECTOR at the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry, organising workshops, street theatre and directing productions. In addition he ran weekly workshops and directed plays for INNER CITY THEATRE COMPANY and at the JACKSON'S LANE Community Centre in London.
Ade has worked at GARTREE MAXIMUM SECURITY PRISON and WHATTON YOUNG OFFENDERS CENTRE, organising performances and running workshops.
Ade regularly encourages new directors to shadow him during the prep, shooting and post-production aspects of his work.
LECTURING AND PUBLIC SPEAKING
He also lectures on television and radio drama, most recently addressing the Social Landlord Crime and Nuisance Group, a national conference in Telford, where he was a speaker and panel member alongside newspaper journalist and editor Eve Pollard.
